For customers based in the UK & Ireland the current option available is 1-2 working weeks delivery.
RETURNS
If you want to cancel an order get in contact with us as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched we will not refund delivery and you will be charged return delivery.
Please get in contact with us to apply for a refund. You will need to provide evidence of a product fault via email within 30 days of receiving the item.
All High & Dry items are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in material and/or workmanship for a set period. This period is 12 months for all items. Paint is warranted for a period of 12 months against rust. Proof of purchase may be required.
WARRANTY
ALL High & Dry items are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in material and/or workmanship for a set period. This period is 12 months for all High & Dry items. This warranty applies to the original owner only and is not transferable. Proof of purchase may be required.
The warranty does not include any damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including the results of fatigue or loose parts. It is the owner’s responsibility to inspect and maintain his or her item periodically.
Any damage, failure or loss caused by abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, failure to follow instructions or warnings in the owner’s manual, an accident or other abnormal excessive or improper use, including but not limited to: excessive wind, improper storage or other similar activities, or in any other manner for which the unit was not designed is not covered under warranty.
Manufacture warranty covers first ownership only.
Manufacture defects on faulty components will be replaced when High & Dry is notified of the faulty component within 14 days of product failure, and the fault is caused by the component manufacturer.
Replacement components will be shipped by High & Dry in according to standard delivery times as displayed on the website, unless advised otherwise. High & Dry may request that the defected or broken components be shipped back to us if inspection is required.
Every High & Dry item comes a full warranty which covers manufacture defects. This does not include abuse or normal wear and tear, accidents, abuse or a non-maintained components damage caused by improper assembly or improper adjustment of parts or components.
